Our Issues

@Moconomy and the commenter in the comment section. Also sorry if you are not the writer of the doc I may have seen your name in the wrong place when checking the comment.

Thank you to all that care enough to read and rebut if desired.

they attack protesters. I dont think the police would have the heart to treat them like those people describe if they even understood that human aspect. Rather than thinking they're trying to derail the nation. The anonymous folks started the bridge protest pretty much protesting the issue ok f free assembly, as it evolved youd see more and more people that were singled out when they did occupy wallstreet, the communists in the crowd got facetime to scare people and they refused to film anything live until they had a storyline  and a way to portray them as a negative, after they were squatting for like 2 weeks, rather than being there instantly and asking questions. They waited to have them there, isolated, without proper sanitation or support as a genuine social thing or assembly in order to make assembly look like a bad idea. Then when people continued with BLM, they pointed peoples life flaws out like cannabis use to make the people look bad that were victims, then the opposite side used protest for americanism and made a president a demigog image, and abused the process, rather than doing MLK type things as political dissent, as things move forward people should be taking part in public debate and show up during court hearings and when open comments are allowed, when laws are made. It's funny how much people in india are going through the same things we are.

You can always shift and create new jobs, when you have to automate or do other things. Projects from the government and shifting industries to more responsible things and government subsidising greenhouses to supplement agriculture, new energy projects that are genuine like self sustaining indoor waterfall projects that run on pumps that take in less power than the scaled up hydro power consumes and on and on and gigantic distillation based desalination plants in places like california that pull from the actual ocean, these things create jobs and new industries for corporations to bud into being as rich as they are and support your visions as well like the greenhouse idea and organic farming properly scaled would deal with food issues. As well as the high price of garment fabrics. At some point the rich families are going to have to scale down and find a way to just deal with the profits they have and make less and not worry about who has the biggest one proverbially, meaning not worth. Bringing our dollar prices up with real value in economies raises what a rich persons money is worth as well. People only overpopulate when they just one of their children to survive and have kids themselves. Why do you think africa has such an overpopulation problem, along with inner city single moms.  Proper resource management can solve most issues. Rather than corporations selling seeds of death or all the things they are doing and having blamed the poor for. People only want to feel secure in their families and have their needs met and a little sucess. We have used less than 2/10ths of our land if you view a desert from a plane. Phoenix is a prime example of where they could be building another hollywood and place for an american dream, same with Bollywood. These centers of culture not being sparse enough and being one off places are creating artificial values and thus places like hollywood and silicon valley and those places property pricing disparity. Creating skid row and the spill over even to hollywood boulevard with the tents and homelessness and desperation for a place to stay for young stars in the opportunist and beautiful west. Many bright and be dutiful Angel's in the city of Angel's are ending up dead and without a future because of our irresponsibility in creating and managing our society in a productive manner. That goes for every nation. The china thing is very scary with their surveillance and should be critiqued by today's screenwriters, if in america, as a nation without a name, but the what ifs of what can go wrong with what they are doing should be explored by people and put out there. Because what they are doing is dangerous to their people and those around them.

If governments got their GDP up right and were exporting in not a deficit and overrelying on other nations like you pointed out in your doc, then the national debts would be more than slowly paid back and all of the g5 nations wouldn't have to worry about one another as much. All of our nations are in a lot of debt and need to start being more responsible resource wise, we have trenched out our resource mines and have the infrastructures we need to be responsible now and no one is, which is very upsetting. If climate was protected properly with a very close eye and real development allowed to happen in nations, including india, with natural pigment harvesting and proper disposal of pigments, less damaging materials like metals, aluminum harvesting and recycling programs actually paid for to be effective in the reuse by corporations of materials, their use increased you would have less mining have to take place and more material just recirculating and carbon neutral, not things like synthetic plastics which are even more non renewable, because they come from oil and are causing cancer in people. When all you hear is people complain like Californians, when they have an ability to build a water pipeline rather than a there will be blood style keystone pipeline right through native american lands to canada it just makes a person shake their head. Waters value is higher there. Poor people shouldnt have to suffer that because california isnt building a proper water grid and pulling from lake mead. The fires could be stopped by metal hosing with holes drilled in it on metal supports throughout theforest, ven as minimally as around city lands or in grids that keep certain areas wet all the time as a break like they do with their helicopters sometimes to head off a fire from a location, but even more effectively. All these solutions and people just rest on their laurels or dont do the things they should be including wealthy individuals. More people need to set good examples like Akon with his city project for his people.

It's good more designers are getting into organics. I dont knowwhy in the developing world you dont see agriculture supplemented with greenhouse growing like you see in places like japan, thaiwan or whatever countries you see that have horizontally integrated greenhouses that go for miles. Thats why most organics are imported into the us. We dont do what we need, a rich person doesnt gift a greenhouse or infrastructure, or a government help do that like they really should be. That red corn is evil business. the red corn really doesnt grow back after a year.

I'm a FFA member and I'm genuinely appalled by how American and other farmers are overrelyant on raising money crops o they can feed the cattle, with which they rely to heavily on for per head prices to pay off their homes and keep their farms going, rather than properly growing scaled up organic herb and vegetable gardens on their sprawling lands  and taking that time, making extracts from herbs via distillation making their farms truly profitable, even using a citronella plantation and extracting that and using on or near crops, when the stuff is in candles because it helps or something else. Herbs have hundreds of isolatable compounds per herb. Which is part of why chemical companies have written laws that disrespect the founding principles of our nation of independence to protect their wallets and portray people that see their lies as mentally ill rather than genuinely care about their people struggling. I want stability and all of us to work out a better future, we all want comfort as people and assurance of a future. Real things need done to assure we all have one. Maybe that's what this virus was, something we should see as a wake up call to how we have been irresponsible tenders of our home. Blaming rather than treat each other well and find ways to be genuine in our communication as people. We cant have a running from mommy and daddy attitude forever as a country. America was founded because people did not to be ruled and had a righthto say they wanted their free will as national people, to have a place on this earth where that was possible. We have that, transnational corporations try and corrupt thaevery day, I'm sure the crown still does as well, but more and more people show they still have a say, canada is more democratic than we are in regards to drug policy, and cannabis reform, because of the influence of our peoples message and what that did to attract people with opposing views and their money and interests for our nations policies. We have a more bogged down process where politicians take money to never have to answer questions. That is wrong and that is why people should take a very close part in making sure real issues are not sweptunder the rug by media organizations and those that control political rallies, by just accepting the boring questions they offer or when a media organization acts more to censor rather than like the channel c-span with call ins. Always in a peaceful manner, trying to never disobey any rules, unless your doing a simple sit in, rather than disrespect our nations security, them people can feel and are heard. in my viewnthe american and other corporate owned stations by not genuinely supporting open town halls not just during political season and putting out peices like they do actually attacking plants like they did with salvia divinorum, Keaton, as new designer drugs, as well as how they paint the coca plant as an enemy, rather than a leaf with sales potential like the coffee bean, because of its extractives, when in its native lands it is see n as a simple leaf and tea and has been used for more than 3000 years there they created the spraying of a peoples lands, they attact our security and genuine interests as a nation. If the leaf was treated right and all drugs provided in  way that only small amounts purchasable in a smart shop, the model in amsterdam, at lower than cartel prices by a legal model, that only allowed prices to be a certain dollar amount and production handed to companies like sigma Aldrich and merk which used to actually manufacture the drug cocaine , the cartels would be a non-issue they would simply cease to make money in a real way. they used the argument, see, they said the cartels would go away as a slight of hand, while keeping it hard to have low cannabis prices and an across the nation model not being implemented, but they didnt consider it from a start at a we can always manufacture enough to keep a low price model. if it was no longer a criminal issue, people would get whatever help they need and not have their lower income childrens futures destroyed while barry seal types walk around free because of scandals. Because rich rap artists that may or may not have been pedaling in illegal drugs run around convincing other family's children to, out of desperation rather than thoughtfulness sell them. They shouldn't be punished for their stories and struggle especially in their circumstances. Maybe their people should be freed and given jobs in pharmaceuticals manufacture and substance tending or retail in such a system. We all need peace as people for a while, whatever you beleive religiously. This is a matter of survival and all of us should understand that we need civility rather than letting what people say about their star sciences. this is a very heavily changing world and a time of real awakening to how we've been living, that needs to be used in a positive way to better build bridges as people rather than police, which are people, americans, world citizens, politicians, which are people, businesses, which are comprised of people or governments, which are comprised wholly of our people, or religious sects, which are comprised of people, having to live in fear. Maybe that's why china is the way it is right now. Using tech as a incentive for people and good behavior, rather than deal with deeper social issues as a communist people. Surveillance is one and the pitfalls of a mirrors edge looking society. The idea that you can eradicate something from your environment rather than learn to live in respect and harmony with it, is that not an ideal anyone can agree with, especially Chinese families.

The convoluted special order process and why shipping your liquor to yourself should be legal

Im writing this article because the situation with liquor laws in this country deeply troubles me. If you live in most states and drink spirits you may have noticed that there is something called a special order list. This list is for items that can be requisitioned or purchased by the case, yet arent typically stocked in store. The list does not contain every spirit out in the world and if the spirit you are looking for just isnt on the list(say an obscure bottle you had while vacationing in another country or state, or a rare bottle you need for a spirit collection guess what, you need to beg your state liquor control commision to put it on their list(good luck doing this with pappy van winckles or super rare bottles, being that you need to buy a case and all). Its set up this way because under most state laws throughout the united states(with the exception of california, new York and possibly one or two more it is illegal to ship hard spirits to yourself.  In some even ordering a case of wine for home delivery is a criminal offence. How did we get here? How did we allow for the majority of states to become patsys for alcohol legalization only allowing the people of 2 to 4 states to have their liberty to consume and collect protected in full? Where most people have to be second rate citizens and live under rules that people that live in 2-4 states just dont have to follow? Where your average joe if he/she wants to have a true liquor collection or sip on some pappys has to either suffer, be a criminal to do so or move to a different state. how is that ok? Should we reform our alcohol laws in the rest of our nation? Has the information I have to bring to the table at all swayed your opinion on the topic?  Do you think you should have to grovel to your state commisioner just to be able to obtain your favorite spirit?Let me know in the comment section.

my opinion on the RFRA, anti gay zealouts, the NAC and substance laws [a response to an article posted by jesse ventura]

link to original article:http://www.ora.tv/offthegrid/article/2016/3/17/jesse-ventura-justice-scalia-keeping-religion-out-of-the-supreme-court

this attitude is good when it brings accountability to hypocrites, but when it hurts people for example wanting genuine shelter from discrimination. like members of the native american church, it, in my opinion becomes a sick lets make them suffer like everyone else type attitude. i am ok with applying the rhetoric to establishment officials and people that are for genocidal policys that are counterintuitive or counter literate to what they say but i am not for them being use...d to further gentrify and discriminate against a people that see things differently than most, differently than those within a culture of abuse then i simply cannot support it. it is easy for substance abusers, christians and atheists with all of the indoctrination that they have, forcing them to comply with anti nature laws to feel an unfairness, it is easy for the christian hypocrytes to deny plants as something that god put here, it is easy for the uneducated or misinformed churchgoers to listen to establishment based church leaders go on the pulpit and mischategorize some plants as separate from the rest, obscure and therefore gifts from satan not god and therefore drugs. when you have an attitude though, like those, you dont drive progress, you say simply that its unfair that the natives have a freedom to be themselves and for others to join them on that journey. you say that they have to be unfree because you arent because its not fair. you connect issues that were never meant to be connected to make them connected and make the world a more unfair place, you use either your ignorance or as is with the case of atheists disbeleif to shut other people fighting to keep their rights down, rights that may someday be expanded even to include you. help you on your journey through life as well, even if it is unknowingly. you push people down when the possibility of fairness, and your right to grow what god put here for you is right in front of your face, with the growth of legalization, the chance of full repeal when it comes to unconstitutional applications of substance laws in a government and pharmaceutical industry bid to control nature.

anthropologys hate for western entheogenic religious practices, my take

laws can be abused, just as the government abuses their substance laws as if precursor laws to go after those possesing plants or plant matter, but one bad apple, as is the case with the confused bigoted bible readers, those like the marriage licence lady, doesnt ruin the bunch. ~Or Prohibiting The Free Excercize Therof~. Things go both ways, just like they do on 2nd amendment issues. anthropologists have been trying for decades to label the decitions of some of the youth bor...n in the western world to take on a religion from a culture outside of theirs as cultural appropriation. in my opinion, them having degrees coming from the same universitys that have set up our psychology and pharmacological system discredits them, makes them harder to trust. the fact that they discount that a person can be born with certain beleifs, no matter where they are in the world, says a lot. the fact that they aproach the issue in the manner that they do speaks volumes though, how it is as if they see plant based religions as a threat to their values. How someone is automatically not genuine in their beleifs because of where they were born. how they see something as cultural appropriation simply because it exists on the opposite side of the coin(Skin tone, part of the world, etc).

The destruction of auspicious pursuits in America, the weaponization of fear, markets and culture

when over marketing effects the heavily invested and their ability for success and floods the market with posers, people that don't really care about the field but are just there for the monetary opportunity, creating a sinking effect for everyone capitalism kills itself. Kills innovation.

When society forces too much transparency it forces the vulnerability of those with hopes and dreams, vulnerability of those people to the hawks and the hoards of zombies looking for monetary gain.

It forces the destruction of the intelligent that don't have the luxury of wealth. Forces them into collectivism. Destroying the potential for originality. Destroying the potential for the original to survive. Destroying the ability for a constant of creativity by those with real ideas that can help push society forward. That is the evil of an over suspicious society, a paranoid society. It is a society that destroys itself.

The drug war hurts people

Should everyone in a group be treated equally across the board? Why are policy's allowed that do such a thing and allow for mass injustice and the abdication of truth? The drug war is a prime example. You have people that abuse some drugs. But you also have those that seek them out for legitimate reason, people suffering from certain conditions that have been let down by the establishment and cannot get the medication that works for them. You have people of various faiths that are effected by drug laws because their beliefs entail the use of certain plants yet are denied exemptions for their beliefs under the 1st amendment. You have the people that want to preserve different species nomenclature that cannot do so because of current laws, leading to the extinction of different species. You have those that want to grow plants like hemp that cannot do so. You have people in a plethora of different fields that are attacked and made to feel uncomfortable doing what they love because of the drug war, not even allowed to speak out against it for fear of attacks by predators, when they've done nothing but speak their mind in a free country, done nothing wrong. You have a system that puts all people in one basket and paints them one way in the name of justice yet creates more often than not injustice. You have a system that makes those that follow the law yet surf the waves close to it in life made to look like criminals, their right to probable cause non existent. You have the people that are not a danger to society, those aforementioned targeted by manufacturers and traffickers laws as well as the truly innocent targeted with warrant less suspicion. Which is injustice. You have those that use abuse as a reason to take everyone elses rights away, so goes with law these days, like a type of parasite or parasitism the lazy and stupid suck away everyone elses rights. In an uneducated democracy freedom becomes slavery.

eBay targets sellers of plant in the coffee family.

Ebay has decided to target sellers of the plant Mitragyna Speciosa on their website. It is a tree from Indonesia more commonly known by the name kratom. They have done so under the pretext of their drugs and paraphernalia policy. Their policy specifically states that it bans the sale of narcotics and scheduled substances. The thing though is that if you call eBay and try to dispute this policy you are not allowed to and are given the runaround by phone operators.

Here is the thing. Kratom is not a scheduled substance. It is a mild narcotic though. Just as the plants: Ashwaganda, Belladonna, Betony, Black Coshosh, Bugleweed, Butter Tree, California Poppy, Camphor Tree, Catnip, Celastrus, Chamomile, Chir Pine, Coffee Senna, Country Mallow, Guarana, Hops, and horse chestnut are. Many of which are commonly used herbs in todays society. Hops are used in beer, California Wild Poppy is the California state wildflower, Chamomile is commonly used in tea, specifically sleepytime tea which can be found at most big name department stores, and there is Guarana, which is used in almost every energy drink out there today.

In my opinion if the big name sellers want to ban people on their sites from providing the leaves of the Mitragyna Speciosa tree then they will have to either specifically list the plant on their sales policy or crack down on every single other narcotic plant out there.

If a company like eBay wants to use the paraphernalia portion of their policy to go after Mitragyna Speciosa there is a lot of hypocrisy as well. Being that it is not scheduled, as I stated earlier. Being that they allow glass pipes that could be misused to consume a scheduled substance, but are marketed for tobacco use only on their website.

I also find it troubling that they are allowed to do this to the community of people selling the Mitragyna Speciosa plant because there are other plants out there that show how much of a double standard they have, like the morning glory plant. It has seeds that contain a schedule 3 substance within them, yet they somehow magically do not decide to go after morning glory seed sellers. Even though there are a lot of people who abuse the seeds of the plant for a psychedelic high.

I think that companies like eBay will someday be replaced by alternative sites that have a similar and reliable auction structure yet do not choose to hawk over and discriminate upon their users in a way much worse but comparable to the way YouTube does their users with their community guidelines. I think that the war on the herbalist, herb based scientific and herb based spiritual community's needs to stop and that once people begin to change things by voting with their dollars and not listening to ignorant misnomers perpetuated by law enforcement and media agency's we will start to see some real change in drug policy in this country and an end to the attacks on vulnerable community's.

social

The right people in this world. Those that would connect the best are often poles apart. Hundreds if not thousands of miles away from one another. Or not separated by distance but by ideology, by circumstance or by class. We were all thrown into this world, some of us only able to see those in our immediate vicinity, those that we grew up around, those we meet on our day to day routine. Those we meet through school. Some of us are ever separated because we compromise because of distance, because the right people just aren't in reach. Sometimes ideology, sometimes beliefs, sometimes social status and all of the other social constructs are used to play people against each other. Sometimes fears separate. It doesn't matter though. It's all disconnection. All disphoria and social distortion. The people that play upon the social constructs we have set up to unfairly judge others are evil. There's nothing else to be said.

US cannabis policy and taxonomists rights

Seed sales ought to be legal under any cannabis legalization measure. Fun fact: Cannabis seeds are legal in Canada, the UK and The Netherlands for taxonomy purposes. If the people in those countries, some of which have more draconian drug laws than the US can be trusted not to grow or abuse Cannabis seeds so should people in the US. After all, how is a taxonomist supposed to be able to complete a collection of plant seeds for the family cannabaceae if cannabis seeds are illegal.

Current drug laws, doing more harm than good? The legal obfuscation between drug manufacture and the cultivation of plants.

Marijuana is a gateway drug, a gateway to legalizing all plants and changing our entire idea of what the difference between a plant and a drug is under law.

There is a false dichotomy in the plant vs pharmaceutical argument. It isn't whether or not it is plants or pharmaceuticals that should be used in medicine. It is the dichotomy most often used against the people in the pro plant left, by the pharmaceutical side of the debate yet rarely ever mentioned by either side. The argument that a plant is a drug, automatically, no exceptions. No one using the plant is legitimately allowed to grow it for taxonomic purposes (and with many plants not allowed to even posses seed from it.), everyone is automatically using and cultivating it for drug purposes under the law. No exceptions. I believe that both sides are wrong in bickering about the above when there are people being victimized by law, by the later. By the fact that the cannabis plant is not a singular substance yet listed as such under the DEA's controlled substances list. That is the real plant vs drug false dichotomy. The fact that plants are treated as substances under law. Blindly nevertheless. Allowing for what in another sense would be classified as legitimate and legal behavior being classed as criminality and the intent to commit a crime. You can look at the morning glory flower and numerous other plants as standing double standards under US drug law. The morning glory contains scheduled substances but is legal to cultivate for beautification purposes. Yet we lock people up for plants like cannabis and have decided to specifically list it, the plant as a substance. It is blatant hypocrisy to schedule one and not the other, but I suspect they haven't done so because of the backlash they would get from gardeners as well as the fact that it would be impossible to police the growing of native or wild morning glory's, because they are everywhere. Just like wild petunias. The laws we currently have relating to the cultivation of certain plants in this nation are an abomination in my opinion and they shouldn't be allowed to stand as written.

goverments prey on the weak

We live in a society where it is OK to prey upon a group(or community) of people based on the plant they choose to identify with.
Some like tomatoes, for their taste, some like lavender for it's smell, some like the morning glory for it's beautiful blooms, you are not allowed to like cannabis for any of those reasons in this society.

Legalization Initiatives

Can you take any intoxicating legal herb that you want and drive as long as you can pass a sobriety test? Can you grow those herbs in public view? Can you grow hops in your yard if you want too, even though they are commonly used to brew alcoholic beverages? The amendments coming out these days do not contain reasonable compromises. They will continue the plight of those in the cannabis community. There will still be arrests of the poor and those that cannot afford to buy from cannabis retailers, those that chose to grow what god gave to them.

Outdoor Cannabis

If a minor snuck onto your property and stole a bunch of foxglove or purple irises and consumed them then died who would most likely get the blame? Now apply that same situation to cannabis yet the minor doesn't die. Who would get the blame? The problem is with you, not those that want the freedom to grow a plant, just like any other variety put on this earth.

My opinion on the CSA and plants.

Do we measure the value of dandelions in a field or trees in a forest like we do cannabis or other similar plants? How do they know that these certain scheduled plants are destined for use or sale as a drug? They are living organisms. The plant doesn't become a drug until either the THC or other similar substance is extracted from it, or someone consumes it with the intent to cure or treat an illness or disease.
Any plant, which contains hundreds or thousands of substances listed as a single substance under the CSA is mislabeled and that makes any targeting of an individual under that false labeling unconstitutional and unlawful.
A substance is a compound separate from any plant material or other compounds. It is singular, not plural. Cannabis, or any other plant for that matter by definition are not substances.

The drug war as of late, The CSA and the unconstitutionality of it's current wording/contents

To list a plant as a substance under the law and attack peoples right to cultivate it under the automatic assumption of guilt in the intent to distribute it, consume it or sell it for consumption is unconstitutional. The cannabis plant is listed in the CSA using a slang term. Do you want politicians that don't even use common sense and obfuscate the facts about a plant to attack everyone in our society in office? Do you want someone that blindly calls a plant a drug, and spews mis-characterizations that make US citizens look ignorant and uneducated in office?

The mis-characterizations in the CSA have only been allowed to stand for so long because the people have just accepted them. With apathetic attitudes when dealing with our relationships between plants and drugs as a society. Letting these people run all over society by bending the CSA to say and mean whatever they want it to.

Our drug war as of late is predicated upon the userpment of the burden of proof.

My two cents on the war on coca and unruly drug law enforcers

There are coca farmers and then there are cocaine farmers. The lack of respect for that difference by the us government shows that they have no interest in following laws or rules, it shows how ignorant they are to the difference between plant and substance and it shows that they do not have the maturity or trustworthiness to be in charge of enforcing or mandating drug laws.

What are the symptoms of caffeine overdose?

What are the symptoms of caffeine overdose?

Caffeine stimulates the central nervous system and can produce a variety of effects elsewhere in the body. The symptoms of a caffeine overdose ("caffeinism") will vary, according to individual differences and the amount consumed. Doses ranging from 250 to 750 mg (2 to 7 cups of coffee or 1-4 tablets of NoDoz) can produce restlessness, dizziness, nausea, headache, tense muscles, sleep disturbances, and irregular heart beats. Doses of over 800 mg (7 cups of coffee or 4 tablets of NoDoz) can produce all of the above as well as a reaction similar to an anxiety attack, including delirium, drowsiness, ringing ears, diarrhea, vomiting, light flashes, difficulty breathing, convulsions (extreme overdose). These amounts of caffeine may come from a single dose or from multiple doses at short intervals. Besides caffeine's effects, the essential oils of coffee may cause gastrointestinal irritation and diarrhea, and the high tannin content of tea can result in constipation. New "synthetic cocaine" drug popular with kids, let's ban it.

It's called coffee and it is a new drug. It is legal in Colombia and the united states. It can easily be bought at gas stations, tobacco shops and on the internet. An organic herbaceous plant that is native to tropical Asia and Southern Africa. It is rapidly becoming the favorite drug among young adults because of it's stimulant effects. It is a central nervous system stimulant and works in the same way that cocaine, methamphetamine and amphetamines do.

Pictured above: The dangerous new drug coffee most commonly consumed by businessmen and Night shift workers, it is rapidly becoming popular with the younger generation.

This dangerous drug is also now being purified into a concentrated pure crystal form called caffeine USP. Most commonly used by truck drivers in pill form to stave off sleep in order to be able to get their job done on time, however this dangerous purified form of the drug coffee is now folly to our youth and can cause heart attacks in relatively small doses.

Pictured above: The dangerous and deadly extract of caffeine, which can cause heart attacks, irregular heartbeat, delirium, light flashes, ringing ears, convulsions and death.

As mentioned above this dangerous drug has effects similar to that of cocaine and meth, in order to try and prevent a new drug crisis like the meth epidemic our legislators will be introducing a slew of new legislation across the country to make the new drug illegal.

There is no question that coffee is a dangerous and deadly new drug and this legislation is a must to prevent another epidemic.

The new bans being pushed will criminalize the sale, manufacture and the possession of products containing both coffee and caffeine. State law would be amended to place coffee and it's derivatives, including caffeine on a long list of other plants we dislike to be classed as controlled dangerous substances. Violators of the law, if caught would go to prison for between 8 months and 10 years and face fines of up to $300,00 dollars depending on the offense.
