RT article response. / On taxing fast food, when we taxed cigarettes and regulation issues.

 Response:
Sure, they did it to the smokers. Maybe when everyone is treated like that, they will see how wrong is to impose sanctions on minority's while making it harder to get what helps them,(e-cigarettes). Go ahead. create a fast food smuggling network. It always happens, it's what happened with the cigarettes. http://taxfoundation.org/article/new-york-1-cigarette-smuggling / Focus on teaching people to eat less addictive foods and get rid of the GMO's. It can take 2 days for the taste-buds to regain full functioning after consumption of American mayonnaise or sauces. Our nation lacks food safety laws and many irritants banned in EU foods flood our markets store-shelves. Our foods, can at times lack actual nutritious value leading to addictive behaviors in some people, messing with their relationship between food and daily life. Many of our foods are also cut with fillers to give corporations higher profit margins. That cutting of our food supply also removes nutritious value. Leading to cravings(and obesity). There are many factors that lead to obesity and food addiction in our society's, none of which are 100 percent the obese persons fault. But many of which are caused or habituated by our current food system itself. Lack of regulations on what foods are allowed to be composed of contributes to the problems faced. Yet the FDA attacks traditionally molded cheeses and raw milks. All of which have high nutritious value, micro nutrients. Seems like our regulatory bodies are doing the opposite of what they were instated to do in the first place. Functioning as a weapon, to harm our nation, rather than to help it. I am not for telling people what to eat, nor am I for regulating what is in food to a high degree. I am for things such as irritants being properly labeled and believe that if your food is not food it must be stated clearly, not hidden in the ingredients list under all of the ingredients used in traditional food production. That is false advertising. There needs to be compositional standards on our food, so that it may retain it's value and quality. This is the steps corporations have taken, they have found new ways of exploiting the system. New ways to trick the consumer since the regulatory body's have been created. We found ways of running markets safely, we have found refrigeration to keep our meats at safe temperatures. We have written regulations on false advertising regarding horse meat being sold as cow. But we still lack regulations on certain cancerous, petroleum based products in our food and waters packaging, irritants and other substances such as silicone dioxide in our foods labeled deceptively as anti caking agents. Many of which are being solely used to fill products, cutting quality all together. We have not even thought of the ethical ramifications of allowing such practices to go on without consequence. The obesity epidemic may just be one of those consequences. What happens much of the time is that current regulations are not enforced. Such as with the pink slime scandal. So as with these anti-caking agents and other substances. No consequences come to those who take the very taste out of the consumers mouth, but when a person wants to consume foods with micro-nutrients they are cracked down on. Those who wish to produce or consume nutrition dense foods are targeted. Governments are not conducting themselves in the proper manner and the people are paying the price. / “The superior man understands what is right; the inferior man understands what will sell.”

Lies, spice(K2) and marketplace sabotage. Media to blame? and JWH, spice Deception Pt. 1 cont. UPDATED

Lies, spice(K2) and marketplace sabotage. Media to blame?

K2 had been on the market for a long time before the attack on the product by the media. It was often sold on the internet. It was then advertised through some magazine ads. As soon as "spice" (K2) gained popularity it was being sold at many gas stations and flea markets. Much of the product's were never sealed in any way. As soon as spice became more popular It was more and more commonly laced . When it was not laced spice was frequently referred to as "like smoking catnip", various videos compared the effects to not even as strong as tobacco. This is what happened, Once the popularity rose it was known that there was "good spice"(Laced herbal admixture,"spice") and the product that legitimate sellers were providing. So what happened was that once it became popular they started to flood the market with dangerous research chemicals. I would say this reminds me of the tactics used most of the time when a government wants to ban a substance. Or if they do not like a people. They conveniently flooded Syria with a form of prescription speed(http://world.time.com/2013/10/28/syrias-breaking-bad-are-amphetamines-funding-the-war/) and codeine after they lost the argument for dropping bombs on that nation. The nation was flooded with drugs right after elements within the US government were denied the ability to bomb and subsequently go to war with Syria. Some of the main issues with our policy's are how the war on drugs is being conducted, the hypocrisy of the war and the perceived harms that just aren't there that are continuously played upon. Which sometimes, like in the case of Syria leave you speculating on if they are creating the harms in the first place. They use the hard drugs as a reason to ban many possibly beneficial substances and now plants(nature itself). They used it to ban a perfectly harmless product and destroy an entire market, the "K2" or herbal blend market. The problem was that the research chemicals were being passed off as something that they were not. Yet the media completely omitted the fact and ran a lie campaign to get the product banned in it's entirety, in my book that should be considered market sabotage. DO not  try to say that it was the lack of packaging requirements or somehow blame the free market, I am not for that kind of rhetoric. Maybe the RC's wouldn't have harmed anyone if there were actual suggestions on safe use, proper measurements for dosage. But an over zealous and immature DOJ and FDA forbade that from happening with their unreasonable and draconian stance regarding these plants and their regulatory requirements, now the research chemicals are blending with the stance that the only way that these plants be allowed on the market be through their not for human consumption policy. Then they went along with the new madness from the media  and we have the debacle that has happened. One more thing, ask yourself why the media reacted in the way that they did. This time it wasn't reefer madness, it was just madness.

 JWH, spice Deception

K2 was a plant mixture, not a drug. Many of the later products on the market after the media blitz may had been sealed but were still JWH. When it was originally marketed, the original product was indeed just a plant mixture. No JWH in it. Yet most of these articles you find say K2-spice drug. It was an attack on a company. A specific company, as well as a market. Maybe the reports said it was K2-spice so as to attack the company that may have been selling the legitimate research chemical free product. I don't know, but I can tell you that the problem is and was with the issue of a natural legal product being laced with a product not listed in it's description. The way that media attacked the product in general instead of pointing out what made it dangerous shows how they abused their power, used it to force legislature based on misnomer's, outright half truths and lies. They used the legislative bodies to attack a demographic of people that uses or used a specific product. Not to truly find the truth, they abused their journalistic power as well as their integrity to create an entirely new sector of criminal for governmental agency's to go after. The thing is, it was the children that they attacked with this legislation. It was directed at the right's of the young adult (18+) population and the teenagers that then found alternative ways to manufacture the drug whilst being made illegal. They created a new demographic of criminal.

They attacked an entire market because they weren't willing to enforce laws against bad apples. Maybe they did it because they couldn't enforce the rules as effectively as they wanted to. No matter the excuse they went over the head of due process and they misled the people yet again. They SHOULD be tried for their actions. They SHOULD own up to what they have done and restore the freedoms of those affected. As well as reverse their court decisions against these natural products.  Any media organizations should have to reverse their defamatory stances or forfeit their licenses and face charges of slander. They lied, the laws that ensued after the media reports are based on those lies and they should not stand.

Misinformation by the media about different plant based products.

Spice, or k2 used to consist solely of natural herbs, is all spice banned? yes. This law is bigoted and short minded and they have painted misconceptions and lies about this product. If there were companies lacing their product with jwh they should have punished those sellers not banned a product in it's entirety and had media blitzkriegs that are comparable to how buffoons act. Spice is basically a mixture of ethnobotanical herbs. We have allowed the ban of a mixture of different shamanic herbs. By not speaking out about misleading information lacking the whole truth.

Media wants to talk about human rights abuses? OK look at what has been done by MSM to attack plant based spirituality and religion. Look at why they have spread misinformation. Look at plants and basic chemistry, then tell me if you see a problem. Tell me if it looks like an even deeper layer of jim crow like rhetoric. Tell me if you see that the jim crow thought process got started being propagated by and stems from the media in the first place. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_New_Jim_Crow

cheese bans, more than just "protecting people"?

Do you think that laws like the raw cheese or mimolette bans are being reinforced currently simply to keep people safe or to punish cheese connoisseurs? Laws like that are designed to destroy the American dream that is what that is about, destroying peoples will. Destroying peoples hopes and dreams. Giving them a forbidden fruit like desire for something they will never get. Same idea behind prohibition and probably part of the reason for our current addiction problem. It brings these things, mere commodity's to legendary status in the people. But that's just conjecture, isn't it.

Monopoly on knowledge and control of personal sustainability, and in part a response to an RT article

There is a difference between consumer protections and holding a market accountable, lot's of people abuse consumer protections. I don't think it's the flavors. It will always be a wild west to some point. E-cigarettes are vaporizers. The attitude conveyed in this interview reminds me slightly of MSM's attitude. How it's the object, or the person and not about the freedom to choose. I think the truth project should stay where they do best, attacking those companies, or do they want to go into attacking the consumer and their rights? Like bloomberg with his 20 dollar cigarettes. That is market abuse. Truth markets extremes and polarization of the issues just as much as the big tobacco companies. You want real answers, freedom is your answer, when consumers know what they are buying and can make or order their own vaporizer then they will not rely strictly as you put it, on the big tobacco companies. That is why i think that our governments actions are wrong because the attack on rights leads to these problems. If you are forced to consume and consume what others produce for you then you are trapped in a loop of never being able to produce for yourself.(never knowing that you can, or how to.) I believe that if we had never strayed from washboards and agricultural tools as well as community wide agriculture we wouldn't have these problems. You see, you take the rights of people away through product bans, driving up prices or writing laws against private means of production of basic necessity's and lead people away from their heritage. They did it with shiny cars and the advent of loans in the 60's. The new car loan is now student debt. when you keep someone in a  cycle of debt it messes with their ability to make good decisions. Therefore you see this debt crisis. They don't care then and they figure they would rather give up and spend them and their family into a hole then die unhappy. It's like the story of the company store. The idea is that the means of production belong to the state. One is not allowed means of production, only through the education system are we given knowledge of self sustainability. We have become a nation in which means of production are controlled by the state, through the education system. Only once you get a degree may you be allowed the knowledge with which you desire to pursue your goals in life. WE will hold the knowledge you desire hostage if you do not play our game and go through our hoops and learn the subjects we want you to, in the way with which we want you to.  If i do not graduate I will not get a degree, If I do not get a degree I will not get a job, if I do not get a job I will fail. No other options. Monopoly on knowledge, thought control.

Mainstream Media a discriminatory force

Ever since childhood I have seen media deception and their taking and leaving facts about different groups of people and different life preferences(like collectors, with shows like hoarders, free speech, freedom of religion with things like plant bans(The attack on salvia is a great example), trying to ban guns, attacking autistic people and numerous other attacks that quite frankly showed bigotry and lack of real knowledge on or about the subject with which they were covering) out of their stories then turning to demonize those groups, it has always given me an uneasy feeling, because I always knew that they were doing something wrong(deceptive). Many do not because of lack of knowledge about how much the the attacks, legislation that comes after their attack's and defamatory, uncontextual behavior harms different groups ability to exist or even pursue their dreams. They have apathy even if they don't buy the lie. They have taken the very soul of America and tried to gut it from the inside out through legislation based on defamatory statements. That quite frankly in my opinion should be illegal and they should lose their ability to broadcast such statements, permanently. For the educated American or any American seeking to educate themselves or wanting to enjoy life or chase the pursuit of happiness the mainstream media is a blight.

criminality by MSM

I think that the reason that our media prints such defamatory stories about the groups of people they have already hurt to a large degree is because maybe they fear prosecution and being called what they are. Criminals. They support discrimination, they have caused much suffering for many groups of people. The best way to not be liable for that is to do what? create a overall negative opinion of that group of people. It's a criminality.

Sunday, June 8, 2014

Was anyone who was watching the media surrounding occupy beforehand all the way until it was over notice how MSM approached it? How they didn't approach it at all until the situation was under control for them and the spirit of the movement had been crushed. They can stop that movement, but they cannot stop people from witnessing their crimes. They cannot stop people from talking about it. Unless they break the law.

Nostalgia complex, a new word

Many people have a nostalgia complex that MSM abuses. The "nostalgia complex" is one of the issues that we are dealing with as a society. I am creating this word. The definition of nostalgia complex is, having a nostalgic view of the world, viewing things in life from a third person or joking perspective, having a joking attitude towards life. Applying movie logic to everyday life.(something that MSM try's to impose with fictional or harmful statements all the time.) Creating false perceptions in the world. False narratives or ideas of how things really work. Look at prohibition for example. Based on false or fear based "nostalgic" narratives.

Tools of oppression, a spiritualists take on the issue

Government is a way of cracking down on unpopular speech, psychiatry is a way of cracking down on unpopular thought.

Psychiatry is a way of re-contextualizing what another human being says in a negative manner to portray them in an unfavorable light. It is simply a tool of controlling, oppressive people to talk down to others. It is also a profession that props up bigotry and uses misunderstanding as a form of discrimination. It is a profession that has been used to attack the autistic community, certain religious beliefs, veterans and disenfranchised youth struggling with abusive parents.
Believe it is a tool of satanism.

Any tool that is used by government that is top down or in my opinion condescending is a tool of oppression. When you put the lives(and souls) of others into the hands of other imperfect human beings you are committing an evil act.

A new Dark ages?

A terrorist should be a person who uses a government regulatory body to chill free speech, someone who causes pain and suffering in community's by attacking individuals for their sincerely held religious beliefs, the news broadcaster who abuses their authority to spread hate for a vulnerable group of individuals or to force their political opinions onto others without their consent(socialism or communism). As well as what it is supposed to be for, overseas conflict and foreign threats. Do we really want to start to initiate this wording into being acceptable as a label for domestic criminals? Do you want us all to go there as a nation and start playing word games like that? If anything is a threat to our nation it is that. I hope that is realized before we go down a steep road into another dark ages, a new era of witch trials.
