The issue with "synthetic cannabis" laws

Under a not for human consumption policy, things like the health harms associated with research chemical laced herbal incense happen. Recommended dosage cannot be established and government can use the issues that occur because of the lack of knowledge about these products, as well as the stigmas that arise to attack them. The stigmas about the products all based on the misnomer(https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Synthetic_cannabis#Misnomer) THEY created and an untrue construct(idea) about the product, that is supposed to simply be an herbal admixture. Selective enforcement of false advertising laws regarding these products helped lead to their outright ban. Many of the "spice" products(herbal incense) didn't state what they consisted of and much of the time contained illegal substances. The ban is totally illegitimate and based on whack a mole policing strategy, dragging innocent people into their drug war for no other reason than that they are too incompetent to enforce current regulations. Most synthetic cannabinoids are illegal but they didn't just go after the research chemicals that the products were being laced with by retailers and sometimes manufactured with. They went after the product as a whole, they passed broad laws that could allow for the usurpment of religious freedom. They passed laws that create a legal free for all for the DOJ when it comes to the shipping, sales and purchase of herbal incense. They passed laws that outlaw herbal admixtures altogether in some states.
