The American dream
As an American citizen you should have a right to the raw materials required to be self sufficient. Or to further your own entrepreneurial or hobbyist ambitions.
It's funny how this system is being shifted towards less and less rights for anyone but academia, the corporation and those that get degrees. You should not have any less rights to success because of your non-affiliation with these organizations. But law after law that becomes more and more true. That is part of the problem with America today. Get a degree and be bankrupt for the rest of your life or don't and have no rights to success and prosperity, or the American dream.
Don't put age restrictions on it or teach people pharmacology, take peoples rights away and arrest them. Make the police state worse. Removing your right to purchase caffeine creates more monopoly for corporations, it creates a situation where the only people that can buy or use caffeine in its pure form for whatever reason, may it be soda making or personal consumption corporate, licensed businesses.-https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A8NvHlwRknc&feature=share

The Interview: North Korea Threatens to Blow Up White House
Oh yeah, take your anger out on the citizens of this nation. Many of which care nothing about that movie.
Mainland
Mainland is a name given to a large landmass in a region (as contrasted with a nearby island or islands), or to the largest of a group of islands in an archipelago. Sometimes its residents are called "Mainlanders". Because of its larger area, a mainland almost always has a much larger population than its associated islands, and mainlander culture and politics sometimes threaten to dominate those of the islands.

Mainland United States, as opposed to the state of Hawaii and overseas
territories like the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. The terms "U.S.
Mainland" and "The Mainland" are commonly used in Hawaii, but less
commonly on the U.S. mainland itself. The term "continental United
States" is used, but is ambiguous in sometimes excluding Alaska and
sometimes not. The term "contiguous United States" is more precise in
excluding both Alaska and Hawaii. A common term used to refer to the
continental U.S. excluding Alaska is "the lower 48", but Hawaii has a
lower latitude than any other state. (The word "mainland" occurs
numerous times in Hawaiian law, and apparently refers to any part of the
United States outside of Hawaii.[2])

Well, Free Speech is under attack again
Free speech is free speech. They should have never been allowed to pick
and choose what is in the first place. Ask yourself what is next, any
unpopular speech. THE founders killed the blokes that they did and
separated themselves from the crown for a reason. They just banned
certain forms of sexual expression in Britain. If this court case
results in a conviction will that leave rapers open to being targeted in
the near future for their lyrics? In my opinion it's parody.

Plant VS. Drug to the UN.
If it is not a drug it is not under your jurisdiction. All plants
currently targeted by national and international law should be stricken
from the record. A plant is not a drug and cannot be one. The argument
that they can be abused or can be classified as precursors is mute
seeing as how plants like morning glory are widely available. There are
also numerous other native plants that contain other illegal substances that
are not illegal. The enforcement of laws against all plants that contain
any precursors or illegal substances would be impossible. The CSA and
international treaties were passed to go after the problem-ed abuse of
drugs such as the amphetamines when there was a problem with diversion
from pharmacy's. These laws(treaties) have been misused to attack the
spiritual use of many different plants, they have also been used to
attack those interested in the botanical use, the conservation and
collection of these plants. The controlled SUBSTANCES act should not
apply to plants. It is a miscarriage of justice that these plants have
been allowed to be slipped into the act and it should not stand. Nor
should the international laws.
You know whats funny? Cannabis is a plant, :O THC is a drug. And for the past 4 decades a law passed in an effort to control addictive substances Called the Controlled Substances Act has been abused and misapplied to arrest people for possessing numerous different plants. Including cannabis. A plant is not and cannot be a substance, therefore any plant on such a list should be removed on the grounds that it does not and cannot fit into being classified by by the CSA.

Freedom of speech and the UK
The
justice system is doing as DEA chief's describe the drug war, you get
rid of one profit system, and Squeeze one end of the justice system and
sentencing balloons in another. First it's trolls, then it's unpopular
speech.
Under the current law, people who subject their victims to sexually offensive, verbally abusive or threatening material on the internet can only be prosecuted in magistrates' courts under the Malicious Communications Act- Depending on ones ideology or belief system that could literally mean anything. You know trolling goes both ways. The legal system is often used to troll unsuspecting victims as well.
In regards to this article: http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/celebritynews/11172231/Internet-trolls-to-face-two-years-in-jail.html
Just to let you know similar laws have been enacted in some US states.

Morally reprehensible laws.
There are reasonable laws and regulations, and then there are laws such as those used to target plants like cannabis and their consumers. Laws that do nothing but harm others based on the premise that they could be doing something wrong, morally. Laws based in pre-judgement. Laws that show nothing but a lack of faith in a so-called faith based society.
Pre-judgement definition
A society that believes in judgement before the creator wouldn't need laws that punish behaviors that harm no-one, behaviors that could be deemed wrong in the eyes of god, if it was run by the truly faithful as is claimed.

This article does not contain an argument about e-cig flavors being used as marketing to children but I have seen articles that do and I am sick and tired of the rhetoric about this product. Sick and tired of the across the board attack on edible products and vaporizers. Tell me more how if something has flavor a company is marketing to children. Tell me more how soda companies are marketing to children because their soda has flavor. End the madness when it comes to cannabis edibles if it be Colorado, alcohol based edibles in the rest of the country or if it be e-cig flavors. People have been marketing shisha for the use of people from different ethnicity's for years, it's flavored but there has been not a word about it. It would show how prejudice the people who push for discriminatory legislation against products like these are. I want to live in a country without fascism, a country where I know that I can walk to the store and pick up some artificial flavor or a healthier alternative to a cigarette. I want to live in a country where I can buy an herbal vaporizer or aromatherapy device. I want to live in a free country
//////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////
So avoid propylene glycol. Buy organic nicotine. Cheap Chinese e-cigs that get the tincture of nicotine too hot do. Regulate the temp constraints not the device overall. We regulate radio waves with the FCC, so regulate temperature on the e-cig. Such regulations should not be applied to vaporizers. That being stressed heavily because unreasonable regulation regarding the vaporizer would lead to deviation from the legitimate market and lead to the establishment of black markets for the product. The e-cig is meant to be a standard do nothing cigarette alternative. Make it safer, but DO NOT attack the vaporizer with regulations. You will do more harm than good.

TV3 Cannabis & Synthetic Drug Debate
You know what is a parasite? Your type mam, lobbying for the undermining of different nations sovereignty. Why are research chemicals being allowed into the spice products in the first place? And misnomers created, her people helping ban an incense product along with the research chemicals, instead of just discussing the issue it was blown out of proportion and used to attack a nearly non-inebriating product that originally contained only plant material. Dragging a market that should be legal still down with the research chemicals. Why is synthetic cannabis(originally a simple herbal admixture) the argument and not research chemicals or the lack of enforcement of labeling laws regarding herbal admixtures. If people were allowed to know what was in the admixtures as well as the amounts and dosages the harms would be reduced. In America we have problems with these products because of an unreasonable regulatory body(the FDA) that chose to attack the sales of the product through draconian regulation on different plants and research chemicals sales, specifically for consumption. Our laws specifically state that usage guidelines cannot be given or the company can be charged criminally for intent. Reefer madness is what she is propagating all-right. Why were research chemicals allowed into herbal incense in the first place, instead of a discussion of that being the issue presented a ban was aimed at the product by media and government. It banned all of the herbal admixtures because the media obfuscated the facts and now anything with a label that has different plants mixed together is targeted, not just ones containing research chemicals. such laws could be used to attack herbalists or spiritualists if abused. Time and time again laws like these are written. Different nations product laws are undermined and pushed into the criminal law sector. The changes allow an attack on many different demographics. These laws undermine different nations sovereignty more than cannabis or the research chemicals as legal products ever could(Red scare propaganda suggested that cannabis would be used by the communists to weaken the will of the youth of America). But, if there is any communist threat that you should be worried about it is the likes of lobbyists like the ones on the right side of the debate table or the ones within the media and government that have attacked the peoples rights to their native as well as non-native plants, creating a prison society.
Cover-Up's
They are letting things happen and purposely not enforcing regulations
as a means to pass more stringent regulations in the long run. It's a
play by our government, these happenings. Why were travel restrictions
not being properly enforced on nations with ebola. Why were research
chemicals allowed into herbal incense, and instead of a discussion of
that being the issue a ban aimed at the product? Time and time again
these occurrences happen, never being documented or spoken of the the
populace en-mass.

Prohibition, endangering our nation's biodiversity
Just
because something CAN get you really high doesn't mean it should go
through the rigors of prohibition. Morning glory's are found everywhere
and the LSA the seeds contain can be just as powerful as LSD in large
enough doses(many teenagers eat the seeds
for the effects, that's why they started coating them with poison.
Seeing how this is a widely known practice I am not condoning the misuse
of the seeds, just spreading commonly known information.). If the
garden variety morning glory were illegal it would be stripped from it's
native lands and burned, anyone who would want to enjoy the beauty of
the plant would be a criminal and it's population would wither creating a
new endangered species. Just like the early wolf bounty's and
extermination attempts drove them to near extinction, our laws impact
the populations of the plants and animals of our lands. If it is illegal
to combat the thinning of a plant through cultivation, while an
illegitimate government burns it's populations then that plant is likely
to become endangered and possibly go extinct. Then, if that plant goes
extinct who is at fault? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wolf_hunting#North_America

On the FDA and DOJ's choice to be draconian regarding research chemical and entheogen regulations. Including: Lies, spice(K2) and marketplace sabotage. Media to blame? and JWH, spice Deception Pt. 1 cont. UPDATED
On the FDA and DOJ's choice to be draconian regarding research chemical and entheogen regulations.
Under a not for human consumption policy, things like the health harms associated with research chemical laced herbal incense happen. Recommended dosage cannot be established and government can use the issues that occur because of the lack of knowledge about these products, as well as the stigmas that arise to attack them. The stigmas about the products all based on the misnomer THEY created and an untrue construct(idea) about a product that is supposed to simply be an herbal admixture. Selective enforcement of false advertising laws regarding these products helped lead to their outright ban. A ban that is totally illegitimate and based on whack a mole policing strategy, dragging innocent people into their drug war for no other reason than that they are too incompetent to enforce current regulations.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Lies, spice(K2) and marketplace sabotage. Media to blame?
K2 had been on the market for a long time before the attack on the product by the media. It was often sold on the internet. It was then advertised through some magazine ads. As soon as "spice" (K2) gained popularity it was being sold at many gas stations and flea markets. Much of the product's were never sealed in any way. As soon as spice became more popular It was more and more commonly laced . When it was not laced spice was frequently referred to as "like smoking catnip", various videos compared the effects to not even as strong as tobacco. This is what happened, Once the popularity rose it was known that there was "good spice"(Laced herbal admixture,"spice") and the product that legitimate sellers were providing. So what happened was that once it became popular they started to flood the market with dangerous research chemicals. I would say this reminds me of the tactics used most of the time when a government wants to ban a substance. Or if they do not like a people. They conveniently flooded Syria with a form of prescription speed(http://world.time.com/2013/10/28/syrias-breaking-bad-are-amphetamines-funding-the-war/) and codeine after they lost the argument for dropping bombs on that nation. The nation was flooded with drugs right after elements within the US government were denied the ability to bomb and subsequently go to war with Syria. Some of the main issues with our policy's are how the war on drugs is being conducted, the hypocrisy of the war and the perceived harms that just aren't there that are continuously played upon. Which sometimes, like in the case of Syria leave you speculating on if they are creating the harms in the first place. They use the hard drugs as a reason to ban many possibly beneficial substances and now plants(nature itself). They used it to ban a perfectly harmless product and destroy an entire market, the "K2" or herbal blend market. The problem was that the research chemicals were being passed off as something that they were not. Yet the media completely omitted the fact and ran a lie campaign to get the product banned in it's entirety, in my book that should be considered market sabotage. DO not try to say that it was the lack of packaging requirements or somehow blame the free market, I am not for that kind of rhetoric. Maybe the RC's wouldn't have harmed anyone if there were actual suggestions on safe use, proper measurements for dosage. But an over zealous and immature DOJ and FDA forbade that from happening with their unreasonable and draconian stance regarding these plants and their regulatory requirements, now the research chemicals are blending with the stance that the only way that these plants be allowed on the market be through their not for human consumption policy. Then they went along with the new madness from the media and we have the debacle that has happened. One more thing, ask yourself why the media reacted in the way that they did. This time it wasn't reefer madness, it was just madness.

JWH, spice Deception
K2 was a plant mixture, not a drug. Many of the later products on the market after the media blitz may had been sealed but were still JWH. When it was originally marketed, the original product was indeed just a plant mixture. No JWH in it. Yet most of these articles you find say K2-spice drug. It was an attack on a company. A specific company, as well as a market. Maybe the reports said it was K2-spice so as to attack the company that may have been selling the legitimate research chemical free product. I don't know, but I can tell you that the problem is and was with the issue of a natural legal product being laced with a product not listed in it's description. The way that media attacked the product in general instead of pointing out what made it dangerous shows how they abused their power, used it to force legislature based on misnomer's, outright half truths and lies. They used the legislative bodies to attack a demographic of people that uses or used a specific product. Not to truly find the truth, they abused their journalistic power as well as their integrity to create an entirely new sector of criminal for governmental agency's to go after. The thing is, it was the children that they attacked with this legislation. It was directed at the right's of the young adult (18+) population and the teenagers that then found alternative ways to manufacture the drug whilst being made illegal. They created a new demographic of criminal.
They attacked an entire market because they weren't willing to enforce laws against bad apples. Maybe they did it because they couldn't enforce the rules as effectively as they wanted to. No matter the excuse they went over the head of due process and they misled the people yet again. They SHOULD be tried for their actions. They SHOULD own up to what they have done and restore the freedoms of those affected. As well as reverse their court decisions against these natural products. Any media organizations should have to reverse their defamatory stances or forfeit their licenses and face charges of slander. They lied, the laws that ensued after the media reports are based on those lies and they should not stand.

They shouldn't have been there nosing around on private property without a warrant. They were in the wrong in the first place for snooping around like dumb@sses and trespassing on private property. For even being there. So disgusting. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stasi

The drug war and the beginning of the addiction crisis in America
Don't forget who invented this. Don't forget who originally marketed
it, how it was marketed and what happened afterwards. Ask yourself, was
it a good reason for the disinformation that has helped spread the war
on drugs around(a war which now includes numerous plants and soon to
come, native species.)?
Here is a few links to wiki's about current painkillers far more powerful than heroin-
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fentanyl -80 to 100 times more potent than morphine
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oxymorphone -6-8 times more potent than morphine.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sufentanil -500 times as potent as morphine
Remember, at the time before our our nations struggles with addiction was cocaine in the colas, and morphine in the miracle elixirs widely and heavy handedly marketed at the time. There were no discrete storefronts as we have with modern hard alcohol sales. There was no marketing guidelines, no false advertising laws. Shortly after all of that along came heroin. one and a half to two times more potent than morphine itself. The perfect storm. Remember this, it's all in how drugs were marketed that led to our nations inflated addiction problems at the time.

On the subject of genocide and the drug war
Something cannot work unless you let it. End the lies about hashish cops
have been telling, undermining legalization in Colorado.
Small lies by cops and mainstream media add up, just like pennies. In a legislative sense. Let them lie enough and pretty soon freedom is gone completely. Fascism is en-stated.
On the issue of hashish oil, they can put 2 and 2 together when it comes to the difference between something like a meth lab and a simple pollen extraction, used by an herbalist(in this case cannabis consumer). They do deal with cleaning up the meth labs, so them understanding how chemistry works as to avoid dangers when cleaning up such hazardous sites shows implicit knowledge and therefore makes them liars. The only difference between a meth lab and a chemist's or herbalist's practice is the meth. They have attacked those fields because they are afraid, because it shows the unconstitutionality of what they have done with the drug war. It makes the regular person say, wow. This is a ridiculous war. What's next? It shows the difference between drug and plant wholeheartedly, if the people see the genuine difference, it is all over for them. It is the crux of the drug war. They would make amateur chemistry and herbalism illegal if they could. Along with all of the other plants used since before THEY were here by the natives, maybe even your parents parents, or grandparents parents for their ailments.

Cigarette smokers, the market and dirty regulations
If our nation didn't have the view of tobacco it does, maybe it's use wouldn't have proliferated in the first place. When someone views tobacco as a drug, a tool of abuse it can proliferate the problems surrounding it. Maybe the habit surrounding the plant nicotiana in products is all in how people viewed the product, on top of it's lack of use in more traditional ways. You don't see tobacco plants being sold at greenhouses or natural loose leaf being sold(not the sprayed and cured variety's currently being marketed.), you see cigarettes as a majority product, you see an attack on e-cigs and vaporizers and it's user population through draconian taxes. I think some problems that could contribute to tobacco over-use in the future(and some of which did in the past) are with our markets and the lack of methods of consumption along with the stigmas that our society attaches to tobacco use, I think those things help push people into the market and can keep many tobacco users smoking in a habitual manner.
Look at how little our markets used to offer in the realm of organics. Now when you do see Organics the companies who sell in most shops are corporate brands. With only 1/10th of companies that were founded as organic even being allowed on the shelves of those marketplaces. I think that the way in which our markets are working(including the tobacco market) is limiting variety, limiting options and working to the detriment of our peoples health, also helping to contribute to waste and forcing consumers to stay within their class, it makes it near impossible for anyone in the consumer class to become a producer. The main outlet for attacking the freedom of the individual is a limited market achieved through the legislative process and pushing others out through market exclusivity. Our market, along with it's over-regulation in the wrong areas and under-regulation in others(like the drafting of laws that attack the little guy) helps keep our nation in a deficit monetarily, as well as health wise.
Many groups use regulations as a means of force, to bully different types of people in society. If they can regulate different demographics likes and interests or even religious views maybe they can regulate those demographics entirely. Giving someone total regulation authority gives them total authority over others if they are not held accountable. Is it OK to regulate people?
New York #1 in Cigarette Smuggling
Maybe if tobacco users got to know the plant a bit more they wouldn't abuse it as much.

Response:
Sure,
they did it to the smokers. Maybe when everyone is treated like that,
they will see how wrong is to impose sanctions on minority's while
making it harder to get what helps them,(e-cigarettes). Go ahead. create
a fast food smuggling network. It always happens, it's what happened
with the cigarettes. http://taxfoundation.org/article/new-york-1-cigarette-smuggling
/ Focus on teaching people to eat less addictive foods and get rid of
the GMO's. It can take 2 days for the taste-buds to regain full
functioning after consumption of American mayonnaise or sauces. Our
nation lacks food safety laws and many irritants banned in EU foods
flood our markets store-shelves. Our foods, can at times lack actual
nutritious value leading to addictive behaviors in some people, messing
with their relationship between food and daily life. Many of our foods
are also cut with fillers to give corporations higher profit margins.
That cutting of our food supply also removes nutritious value. Leading
to cravings(and obesity). There are many factors that lead to obesity
and food addiction in our society's, none of which are 100 percent the
obese persons fault. But many of which are caused or habituated by our
current food system itself. Lack of regulations on what foods are
allowed to be composed of contributes to the problems faced. Yet the FDA
attacks traditionally molded cheeses and raw milks. All of which have
high nutritious value, micro nutrients. Seems like our regulatory bodies
are doing the opposite of what they were instated to do in the first
place. Functioning as a weapon, to harm our nation, rather than to help
it. I am not for telling people what to eat, nor am I for regulating
what is in food to a high degree. I am for things such as irritants
being properly labeled and believe that if your food is not food it must
be stated clearly, not hidden in the ingredients list under all of the
ingredients used in traditional food production. That is false
advertising. There needs to be compositional standards on our food, so
that it may retain it's value and quality. This is the steps
corporations have taken, they have found new ways of exploiting the
system. New ways to trick the consumer since the regulatory body's have
been created. We found ways of running markets safely, we have found
refrigeration to keep our meats at safe temperatures. We have written
regulations on false advertising regarding horse meat being sold as cow.
But we still lack regulations on certain cancerous, petroleum based
products in our food and waters packaging, irritants and other
substances such as silicone dioxide in our foods labeled deceptively as
anti caking agents. Many of which are being solely used to fill
products, cutting quality all together. We have not even thought of the
ethical ramifications of allowing such practices to go on without
consequence. The obesity epidemic may just be one of those consequences.
What happens much of the time is that current regulations are not
enforced. Such as with the pink slime scandal. So as with these
anti-caking agents and other substances. No consequences come to those
who take the very taste out of the consumers mouth, but when a person
wants to consume foods with micro-nutrients they are cracked down on.
Those who wish to produce or consume nutrition dense foods are targeted.
Governments are not conducting themselves in the proper manner and the
people are paying the price. / “The superior man understands what is
right; the inferior man understands what will sell.”

Lies, spice(K2) and marketplace sabotage. Media to blame? and JWH, spice Deception Pt. 1 cont. UPDATED
Misinformation by the media about different plant based products.
Spice, or k2 used to consist solely of natural herbs, is all spice
banned? yes. This law is bigoted and short minded and they have painted
misconceptions and lies about this product. If there were companies
lacing their product with jwh they should have punished those sellers
not banned a product in it's entirety and had media blitzkriegs that are
comparable to how buffoons act. Spice is basically a mixture of
ethnobotanical herbs. We have allowed the ban of a mixture of different
shamanic herbs. By not speaking out about misleading information lacking the whole truth.
Media wants to talk about human rights abuses? OK look at what has been done by MSM to attack plant based spirituality and religion. Look at why they have spread misinformation. Look at plants and basic chemistry, then tell me if you see a problem. Tell me if it looks like an even deeper layer of jim crow like rhetoric. Tell me if you see that the jim crow thought process got started being propagated by and stems from the media in the first place. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_New_Jim_Crow

cheese bans, more than just "protecting people"?
Do you think that laws like the raw cheese or mimolette bans are being
reinforced currently simply to keep people safe or to punish cheese
connoisseurs? Laws like that are designed to destroy the American dream
that is what that is about, destroying peoples will. Destroying peoples
hopes and dreams. Giving them a forbidden fruit like desire for something they will never get. Same idea behind prohibition and probably part of
the reason for our current addiction problem. It brings these things,
mere commodity's to legendary status in the people. But that's just conjecture, isn't it.

Monopoly on knowledge and control of personal sustainability, and in part a response to an RT article
There is a difference between consumer protections and holding a market
accountable, lot's of people abuse consumer protections. I don't think it's the flavors.
It will always be a wild west to some point. E-cigarettes are
vaporizers. The attitude conveyed in this interview reminds me slightly
of MSM's attitude. How it's the object, or the person and not about the freedom to choose. I
think the truth project should stay where they do best, attacking those
companies, or do they want to go into attacking the consumer and their
rights? Like bloomberg with his 20 dollar cigarettes. That is market
abuse. Truth markets extremes and polarization of the issues just as
much as the big tobacco companies. You want real answers, freedom is
your answer, when consumers know what they are buying and can make or
order their own vaporizer then they will not rely strictly as you put
it, on the big tobacco companies. That is why i think that our
governments actions are wrong because the attack on rights leads to
these problems. If you are forced to consume and consume what others
produce for you then you are trapped in a loop of never being able to
produce for yourself.(never knowing that you can, or how to.) I believe
that if we had never strayed from washboards and agricultural tools as
well as community wide agriculture we wouldn't have these problems. You
see, you take the rights of people away through product bans, driving up
prices or writing laws against private means of production of basic
necessity's and lead people away from their heritage. They did it with
shiny cars and the advent of loans in the 60's. The new car loan is now
student debt. when you keep someone in a cycle of debt it messes with their ability to make good decisions.
Therefore you see this debt crisis. They don't care then and they
figure they would rather give up and spend them and their family into a
hole then die unhappy. It's like the story of the company store. The idea is that the means of production belong to the state. One is not allowed means of production, only through the education system are we given knowledge of self sustainability. We have become a nation in which means of production are controlled by the state, through the education system.
Only once you get a degree may you be allowed the knowledge with which
you desire to pursue your goals in life. WE will hold the knowledge you
desire hostage if you do not play our game and go through our hoops and
learn the subjects we want you to, in the way with which we want you
to. If i do not graduate I will not get a degree, If I do not get a

Mainstream Media a discriminatory force
Ever since childhood I have seen media deception and their taking and
leaving facts about different groups of people and different life
preferences(like collectors, with shows like hoarders, free speech, freedom of religion with things like plant bans(The attack on salvia is a great example), trying to ban guns, attacking autistic people and numerous other attacks that quite frankly showed bigotry and lack of real knowledge on or about the subject with which they were covering) out
of their stories then turning to demonize those groups, it has always
given me an uneasy feeling, because I always knew that they were doing something
wrong(deceptive). Many do not because of lack of knowledge about how much the the attacks, legislation that comes after their attack's and defamatory, uncontextual behavior harms different groups ability to exist or even pursue their dreams. They have apathy even if they don't buy the lie. They have taken the very soul of America and tried to gut it from the inside out through legislation based on defamatory statements. That quite frankly in my opinion should be illegal and they should lose their ability to broadcast such statements, permanently. For the educated
American or any American seeking to educate themselves or wanting to
enjoy life or chase the pursuit of happiness the mainstream media is a
blight.
criminality by MSM
I think that the reason that our media prints such defamatory stories
about the groups of people they have already hurt to a large degree is
because maybe they fear prosecution and being called what they are.
Criminals. They support discrimination, they have caused much suffering
for many groups of people. The best way to not be liable for that is to
do what? create a overall negative opinion of that group of people. It's
a criminality.
Sunday, June 8, 2014
Was anyone who was watching the media surrounding occupy beforehand all the way until it was over notice how MSM approached it? How they didn't approach it at all until the situation was under control for them and the spirit of the movement had been crushed. They can stop that movement, but they cannot stop people from witnessing their crimes. They cannot stop people from talking about it. Unless they break the law.
Nostalgia complex, a new word
Many people have a nostalgia complex that MSM abuses. The "nostalgia complex" is one of the issues that we are dealing with as a society. I am creating this word. The definition of nostalgia complex is, having a nostalgic view of the world, viewing things in life from a third person or joking perspective, having a joking attitude towards life. Applying movie logic to everyday life.(something that MSM try's to impose with fictional or harmful statements all the time.) Creating false perceptions in the world. False narratives or ideas of how things really work. Look at prohibition for example. Based on false or fear based "nostalgic" narratives.
Tools of oppression, a spiritualists take on the issue
Government is a way of cracking down on unpopular speech, psychiatry is a way of cracking down on unpopular thought.
Psychiatry is a way of re-contextualizing what another human being says in a negative manner to portray them in an unfavorable light. It is simply a tool of controlling, oppressive people to talk down to others. It is also a profession that props up bigotry and uses misunderstanding as a form of discrimination. It is a profession that has been used to attack the autistic community, certain religious beliefs, veterans and disenfranchised youth struggling with abusive parents.
Believe it is a tool of satanism.
Any tool that is used by government that is top down or in my opinion condescending is a tool of oppression. When you put the lives(and souls) of others into the hands of other imperfect human beings you are committing an evil act.

A new Dark ages?
A terrorist should be a person who uses a government regulatory body to chill free speech, someone who causes pain and suffering in community's by attacking individuals for their sincerely held religious beliefs, the news broadcaster who abuses their authority to spread hate for a vulnerable group of individuals or to force their political opinions onto others without their consent(socialism or communism). As well as what it is supposed to be for, overseas conflict and foreign threats. Do we really want to start to initiate this wording into being acceptable as a label for domestic criminals? Do you want us all to go there as a nation and start playing word games like that? If anything is a threat to our nation it is that. I hope that is realized before we go down a steep road into another dark ages, a new era of witch trials.
The mislabeling of anonymous as a terrorist group and the NDAA. Bad things to allow in a free country
Ask yourself this. Why did the government automatically jump to calling
the group anonymous terrorists for simple criminal acts. Ask yourself
why the word terrorist was abused to attack a group of people simply fed
up with the spread of communism and constant infringements on the right
to assembly in America. Ask yourself why they were labeled as
terrorists when they should have been labeled as criminals. Would it
have been OK to have called MLK a terrorist? It's a communist word used
to disrespect and bypass our nations principles as well as it's founding
documents. Does anyone buy the rhetoric anymore. Should we allow such
rhetoric and defamatory language by media and officials in our nation? We
should voice our dislike of language such as that to our
representatives, media as well as our friends and family's.
Anonymous, a simple activist group which sometimes broke laws as civil disobedience just as Martin Luther King did was labeled a terrorist group. Afraid of the implications of the NDAA yet? Maybe the fact that our state run media of which controls what the people in our nations first impression of different groups is socialist will get your attention. Will you be next? Socialists are known for attacking cultural customs, free speech, collectors(hoarders as they put it) as well as many other disadvantaged groups without a voice. They disenfranchise innocent Americans. Will you speak out against the NDAA?

Mainstream media's coverage of national tradgedy's, Some attack Seth Rogen and talking about everything BUT bully culture
The rodger Situation and MSM's coverage of National tragedy's:
Reply's to RT video:
I will tell you what helped cultivate it, mainstream media and our devolved culture. And wow sounded really racist. Heard some people compare this to how they portrayed Trayvon's killer as white. To analyze what the guy has said then look at what is allowed on our Mainstream media you see what happened here. Where this came from. The guy was out of touch and desperate. To blame free speech is the atrocity. I think that MSM is partly to blame in that maybe some of their broadcasting hate of the male may have led to this guys mindset. Don't forget the virgin shaming and these sides of our culture that are shown in Much of the programing of today. Don't use this to push feminism and free speech restrictions.
This is what our media causes, our media that pushes sex, all the while pushes virgin shaming and made this kid think that he had to have sex to be happy. All I have to say is wow. Wow, how many delusional people are out there that want to dance on the bones of the dead, including his victims by exploiting this situation and not talking about this or changing our behavior or our cultures negative ways and letting the dead rest. I think it's a matter of both feminism and the devolved culture, we want to either immaculate men or allow for the mistreatment of women, nothing in between. More of this extreme side taking. Could we just be mature as people for a bit and allow conversation without using the dead to push ideology?
Reply to the Seth Rogen Issue:
It is not Seth Rogen to blame. It is many others, including feminists and virgin shaming. A plethora of people. Don't attack the cultural people. Censorship is not a game to play either. What do people do they attack the artwork, not the cultural problem. Idiots. Stop taking my words out of context and actually do something meaningful, stop blaming films, supporting censorship and blame the little sick things our culture has adopted, like i said virgin shaming. censorship is no joke and causes much suffering as well. Blame shady people who wont bring these things up due to secret oaths devoting them to dividing the people. The guy clearly was on an anti-feminism site. I see some of these things like the #KillAllMen hash-tag and see how these things could mislead people like this guy into blaming these people and I just think if these attitudes did not persist as heavily in our culture psychopaths like this wouldn't be cultivated so readily.
The rodger Situation and MSM's coverage of National tragedy's and Seth Rogen issue(cont.):
We aren't going to change sh#t until we change the culture. Lobbying for more mental health(or more authoritarian mental health) isn't going to do anything but create more victims. We can't own up to our mistakes as a culture. until we change I don't think we will get any resolve. Sad how it creates these killers though. Even more sad we feel like we have to just drop the issue and not talk about it like mature adults in our nation but be underhanded. Abusing the issue. Our country has become more of a bureaucracy and a corporation than anything. Even our conversations about national tragedy's are filled with corporate interest.
Quite frankly the fact is that we cannot even look at the bullying issues we have as a society. Media organizations like cnn gloss over the issues and exploit the victims and their family's to push communism and mental health. They did it with every single tragedy they have ever covered. What does that do but create hostile citizenry, they get us to attack different demographics whenever there is a tragedy, they use our stereotypical view of a people to get white America to attack. Some group. Someone has to pay I guess is their attitude. That or some irrational fear that it could happen again. Never once can we just stop and not over-react. Feeling like something may happen again and not being able to calm yourself down after a tragedy seems like it fits the description of PTSD to me. They are no good. They should have lost their broadcasting license a long time ago. They have severely damaged our nation. They have impacted our culture negatively and expanded government power to levels that are creating victims and death by our system. You see it in reports daily of the violent and mis-directed actions of our government.
Over-reaction media network more like it.

My view on the vaccine crisis and disrespect for sovreign nation's
The UN uses the possibility of the spread of disease as a reason against
free trade. Tell me, tell me how local or smaller more healthy vaccines
and non eugenics based programs that support vaccines without the
dangerous chemicals is a bad thing. Tell me how justifiable it is to
demonize a entire group of people as defectors and all of the
anti-vaccine due to lack of quality standards. What has happened is
comparable to that of a hunger strike by those who object to treatment
they receive or lack of religious freedom. Like I have said, extremism
would be to criminalize those who have risked sickness out of protest,
just as someone abstains from food, these people have abstained from
vaccines. They will be demonized, criminalized and their family's
destroyed. All because the WHO and our nation now have no respect for
the sovereignty of the American and our history, all because of the
overthrow of our country's sovereignty by insiders. By lack of media coverage on the real issues and by a purposeful misleading of the public at large. By some insider group.
Some people anti-nature?
You may be able to reverse carbon pollution that's awesome, this invention is awesome. Still try breathing without trees. Still try to avoid landslides, mudslides and sinkholes without the roots of life hold together the foundation that we stand on.

The cannabis market and gmo's
The cannabis activism community should pass a law requiring that any gmo
marijuana be labeled, as it could be an overall negative for the new
and sensitive market. It could negatively impact public opinion of this
new and budding market and must be held back until better ground is
made. gmo's are new, do we really want to risk this market being
sabotaged so early on by bad genetics and a technology that is only 20-40 years old? It has proven to harm the food market, why would we allow this in the cannabis market of all places?

cuomo anti-autism sentiments and and a hate for the mentally ill, yet no real discussion about deeper issues or culture
We always find a way to blame autistic people, the mentally ill, the
person with a slight leaning towards anger, the person with aspergers,
the gun-owner or the gun itself or some innocent group of people never
the person that did it and that is it. I think our culture kind of
helped breed the monster(as this ill human being will be portrayed).
Never our virgin shaming culture. our unjust media or the sickness in
our social system that breeds unjust treatment. All of which helped to
germinate this disaster. As well as the fact that in California of all
anti-gun states, they didn't run a background check. Yet people like
cuomo want to breed more disrespect for the individual, more disrespect
for the mentally ill and aspergers community of which have already
suffered due to his last hit piece on the autistic in the last adam
lanza report.
Prohibition, the destruction of America
Drug laws have led to the unraveling of our society that we continue to
see every day. Including the undermining of our legislation and the
different directions into ideology's you see that are of foreign
nations. As well as the proliferation of extremism and the complete
destruction of checks and balances. We see all of these different things
like communism, socialism and all other extremes being written in
minute form bit by bit into our society's legal system and code. Law
after law after law.One of the largest contributing factors to this
being prohibition.

A lack of faith in the system, the drug problem and the discrimination of alternative Entheo-Based religions
The people meant to protect our nation, the CIA the FBI, the NSA our
police and our legal system are doing the opposite of what they are
supposed to do, they are proliferating the outside threats to our
nation, the ideology's they protect are those of extremism. They attack
their fellow countrymen through legal means and all of it allowed by a
socialist media, especially the likes of CNN. Sometime at some point our
system has been infiltrated and now the ideology's of socialism, and
country's like Britain, china and people like mao tse-tung. All because
of their corruption and fear of the legal ramifications of what they
have done and the selling out of our nation to corporate interest. Such
as companies like monsanto. Many of the groups such as answer are
socialist and supported by socialists, but that does not make many of the issues that they speak about
any less true or grave for our nation. Maybe we can have a more friendly view of
socialists in the future. That does not mean trusting them or allowing
their ideology to overtake our nation. What it does mean is more
equality and the ability to coexist and share ideas as human beings. Not
destroying our entire nation out of fear. Cannabis laws. The salvia
ban(Attack on salvia). Allowing slander and other unjust discriminatory
policy have also proliferated the problems as well. They are
unconstitutional, infringe on peoples rights to freedom of religion and
create lack of faith in our system, as well as distain for it.
I have no doubt that the ban on salvia may have led us to the problem seen with products such as spice, yet spice-products are proving to be more deadly than salvia ever could have been aren't they. The truth is that there are many spiritually challenged youth out there in part(a big part) because we are allowing the media and drug agency's to attack certain forms of spirituality. Causing youth to look elsewhere for their spiritually enlightening experiences and running into spice or the black market, thus helping even more to proliferate the problems like we see with drug abuse in our nation. We ban harmless or less harmful plants and substances(many of which have no other real use other than spiritual) leading some people who otherwise would not have been exposed to harms to definitely be. We attack those looking for plant based religion or the freedom to practice their beliefs without requiring traveling long distances overseas to find a shaman or or better, more accepting people and where laws are more modern and civilized towards the spiritualist. We attack Americans for their spiritual belief's IN AMERICA, that's what we do. Many youth that get into substance abuse because of other issues such as abusive families, probably the bulk of them. That is not the only factor contributing to the problem of drug abuse. I believe that our war on alternative belief structures and anti-nature policy making has helped to disenfranchise many young Americans and has also contributed to these problems. I am now focused on the attack on shamanism, Neo-shamanism and any other entheo-religions and will not stop my coverage of the issue until every single one and every last person that wishes to learn about, or have the god given right to nature as well as to practice their form of spirituality on a personal basis without government infringement on their religious rights, have such freedom and the people of this nation once again can proudly say that they live in a free country. Until then this flag will hang upside down as a symbol of protest, for all to see, until we are once again, FREE.
It is time for this working on the system bring about religious discrimination by the likes of establishment based socialists and other hate groups(such as media), as well as bigots with lack of understanding(especially those in media) to end. End Bigotry, end the attack on spiritual freedom.
Yours Truly,

Reply to:RT- Obesity v tobacco: Experts say fatty foods should be labeled like cigarettes / the real problem
Maybe
instead we should label GMO's Like cigarettes. Trans-fats were the
problem with fatty foods. To some point fatty foods or oils can help the
metabolism. Overeating, on addictive gmo laden sauces that desensitize
the taste-buds for at least 2 days causing binging, irritant laden foods
destroying peoples metabolisms and depression because of eating these
types of things causing those people to give up and overeat as a coping
skill is the real issue. It's not anyone's fault that they are being
poisoned because of a criminal FDA and the fact that they were never
taught how to consume food properly by their parents or the system.
Yeah, rich aristocrats in an oligarchy, who want to talk down to a demographic of people and shame them because of something being wrong with their life or out of boredom.

These things are all about forcing you to stray from your divine path in life. That is what bans are designed to do, that is what media is designed to do, how it gets you to hate thy neighbor, it is all distraction. Something to force you to care. Something to make you stray from the path of truth, the path of righteousness. Into falsehood into a life of lies. The system IS in itself unconsenting, demonic and one of inflicting pain on the souls of its captors.

Zohydro, a move away from more dangerous synthetics?
Zohydro dubbed heroin pill yet more powerful, more dangerous synthetics
such as fentanyl and opana(of which zohydro, is a less dangerous
alternative for doctors), as well as potent(could be dubbed a "heroin
pill") morphine are already widely prescribed. It could also be argued that this would be a good thing because of the acetaminophen laden drugs and could only improve the entire public health, pain sufferers and those who need help alike.

Faux and destructive regulatory body's
While our regulatory bodies like the DEA currently are going after
research chemicals and freedom of choice and the FDA goes after raw milk
and the freedom of choice biotech companies get away with destroying
our medical and food safety regulations completely and untouched forcing
the American people to adapt in a country with regulatory problems(none
at all) . Our regulatory bodies are chasing ghosts and destroying our
founding principles like freedom while while the real demons rape us and
get away with it.
Research Chemical bans, A more recent form of and cover for Religious discrimination
There is a problem with their description of spice and the fact that
they have been allowed to get away with this demonization campaign for
so long based on deceptive wording for so long.

Are you part of the problem?
Your problem is that you think inside of a box, you think that someone must either be for or against all ideas of an ideology. You think that you must be in a group to belong. You think that anyone for personal freedom is either a commie or a socialist. You think that there is one idea or another, never compromise or blends of ideology's and in between's. You are part of the problem.

An example of the problem with laxed chemical regulations on food products
They have literally convinced you that chemicals are good for you and
whole foods aren't. The way that I see it our body's are the chemical,
international and industrial industry's dumping ground and we are the
slaves that are forced to consume their waste byproducts when they can
limit your choice on the grocery store shelf. Go to the store and look
at the ingredients in you white bread, then look at a traditional
American white bread recipe. The bread on that store shelf is not bread,
just as the tortillas that you purchase are not tortillas. http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Homemade-Flour-Tortillas/

Chemical companies polluting food, FDA focuses on small farmers, clear conflict of interest problems
The chemical problem in our food has spiraled out of control and our
food safety standards bypassed by the chemical companies. It is one
thing to have a preservative in your food, I don't see any problem with
that. The more natural and less harmful or irritating the better
though.(many of the preservatives used currently are of the irritant
status.) But look at how many are used in your food. They are there to harass some raw milk farmer but the FDA(which does not deserve it's bold print letters)
looks right past the problem of chemicals which are irritating to our
body's(the reason the FDA was founded) being dumped into our food supply
by cheap manufacturers who want to cut their food products for higher
profit margins. Those are the real people cheating America.

Conspiracy theory, the new blasphemy. try it today. It works great! Dismiss enemy arguments in a flash! By denouncing them!
Religious hate groups attacking alternative religions in America
These people go around the country making any plant with actual
effectual property's illegal, look at how long it took for them to ban
salvia countrywide. It is an attack on religion, an attack on the
religious. An attack on a set of beliefs. By a hateful group of people. A hate group.
One that has been misleading people on the real reasoning behind why
they want to in effect ban shamanistic practice in America. They then
use the parents of this nation's fear that they cannot stop their kids
from ordering things such as you saw with salvia off of the internet
then get them to pass hate legislation. It is an issue. It is an attack
on a set of belief's, a religion, it truly is discrimination. Hopefully
these people are someday identified and prosecuted as a hate group in
America.

Molotov reports becoming more prevalent
Links:Molotov cocktail damages DA's office / FedEx Shooter Used Shotgun To Injure Six And Then Kill Himself
Molotov's seem to be becoming the weapon of choice in media to focus on right now. Only thing I am thinking of is where they are headed with this and if we should be afraid they are going to ban alcohol or combustibles to protect people. Sad when when you have to be ever-vigilant of your freedoms, shows how under attack we are by a socialist controlled media.

Socialism
Guess Google has found a way , with you tube to censor free speech more
efficiently. Move comments offshore completely, for the mindless idiots
that do nothing but watch the video unquestioningly. I have no doubt
that many people got into commenting in the first place by scrolling
down a little and seeing the comments. These are all tools of the
socialists, It's all meant to discourage commenting or discourage or
make the process of dissent harder on you, the person a lack of dissent
in government is ultimately going to affect. The same with net
neutrality being struck down, the same with text on a comment magically
rearranging itself or disappearing altogether, the same with people who
use the word conspiracy theorist to condemn non-socialists that do not
agree as mentally ill or somehow not right in the head and the same with
a socialist controlled media and government they do not want YOU
America to know about.
googles new commenting platform, the socialist tools of censorship?
Guess Google has found a way , with you tube to censor free speech more efficiently. Move comments offshore completely, for the mindless idiots that do nothing but watch the video unquestioningly. I have no doubt that many people got into commenting in the first place by scrolling down a little and seeing the comments. These are all tools of the socialists, It's all meant to discourage commenting or discourage or make the process of dissent harder on you, the person a lack of dissent in government is ultimately going to affect.
My reply to socialism On capitalism
Comment: Socialism, and desperation. don't use the fact that oligarchy has failed
to say that democracy has. Socialists in government are the reason that
this has happened and been allowed to take place, treason is why this
oligarchy you point out has been allowed to thrive. socialism is
replacing one futilist ideology for another and forcing your opinions on
other people. Socialists have had their good phrases, like war is over,
if you want it. But you ideology is weak. Not one that is righteous.

Reply to socialist: Yes crony capitalism has, I hate capitalism as well, I believe in products with price that is based in reality, real products with a price that matches it's worth, I also believe in barter, trade currency, currency that is backed and anything but currency that IS debt. Socialism for the rich is socialism, I never said that I am against social welfare. I believe that those programs have been attacked by the rich and called socialist in nature but are not.I agree with the perversity of what has happened with capitalism but disagree that socialism is any type of answer. Look to the days of the golden triangle when real free market existed. I think the trade from that era is what we should focus on. Less regulation, open up more markets that have been closed and attacked by prohibitionists and regulators. Only then do I think we have a better shot at prosperity.

Taxes and poor hating the poor
These fees are a way for the government to get the poor to lament each
other, they are being used as a tool of oppression to get anyone who
does not pay them to be lamented and shunned by their peers, just as the
British used them before the tea party and just as they used them
before the revolutionary war.

The family and media sanctioned socialism
Our nation has been infiltrated, there is no conspiracy about this, Much of the just trying to make it types are the ones who scoff at such an idea but they are busy so much of the time with being vengeful and self or family absorbed that they have no other time for anyone else, or to use common sense as a matter of fact. Then there is the socialists who run what these self absorbed types watch every day. Then they get these sociopaths to blindly go around being judgmental and passing laws that discriminate on Americans who want to be free. That is how socialism creeps into the minds of the family's of America. Through the TV set. Through them not having time or patience because they are struggling to make a life and feed their family's and the fact that they will attack anything that endangers that life that they are trying to build. That is how it seeps into and destroys the sovereignty of our nation and compromises freedom.
