US cannabis policy and taxonomists rights

Seed sales ought to be legal under any cannabis legalization measure. Fun fact: Cannabis seeds are legal in Canada, the UK and The Netherlands for taxonomy purposes. If the people in those countries, some of which have more draconian drug laws than the US can be trusted not to grow or abuse Cannabis seeds so should people in the US.
